The goats have been companion animals for CK since a car accident left her with a life altering traumatic brain injury. They are so comfortable around people that they've been known to use goat yoga students as climbing gyms. Whether you've shopped 'til you dropped' or you're just starting your day off, the laughter and yoga will get you through the rest of your day! This is one of our most popular classes, sign up early!
